Source2’s spreadsheet-based processes led to fragmented data, synchronization errors, and limited security. Complex billing rules were managed manually, increasing errors and delays. Executives lacked real-time insights, recruiters faced inefficiencies, and scaling operations became unmanageable. Acumen introduced User-Defined Fields (UDFs), enabling recruiters to create custom fields without technical support. Dropdowns, text inputs, and radio buttons could be added or removed as needed, adapting the platform for any client or job requirement.
Automated Billing
Managing client-specific billing rules—including upfront fees, discounts, installment schedules, and recruiter commissions—was no longer a hassle. The entire billing process was automated. Recurring payments were scheduled automatically, custom discounts were applied seamlessly, and recruiter commissions were calculated without manual intervention.
Real-Time Dashboards and Data Exporting
We provided real-time dashboards integrated with Tableau, allowing executives to monitor live updates on recruitment progress, billing, and team performance. The system also streamlined data exporting with a queue-based process, ensuring large reports could be generated without affecting day-to-day workflows.
Centralized Data Management
All the data was centralized into a unified system, creating a master database that ensured updates were reflected across the platform in real-time. A secondary (slave) database handled reporting tasks to maintain high performance for live operations. To further enhance accuracy, we implemented data validation checks, ensuring all entries adhered to consistent formats.
Simplified Invoicing
We streamlined invoice generation with automation. Users could create invoices with just a few clicks, export them in PDF or Excel formats, and even trigger recruiter commission calculations once payments were confirmed.
