BVC’s legacy system, built on Java 6, was outdated and fragmented across multiple platforms (Salesforce, QuickBooks, and LMS). Manual processes slowed down operations, while scalability issues limited the platform’s ability to handle large surveys. Lack of automation and data centralization further hindered productivity and reporting.

Our Solution

We modernized BVC’s system by transitioning to AWS ECS and Fargate for scalability and ReactJS/Laravel for an intuitive, responsive interface. Automation of invoicing, assessments, and agreement handling (via DocuSign and QuickBooks integration) significantly reduced manual workloads. A centralized database schema (using ENUMs and lookup tables) ensured data consistency. We introduced real-time dashboards and enhanced reporting tools for deeper insights.
